You may use adarshmercantile solely for personal, non-commercial colour trading activity. Account sharing, automated betting scripts, and any form of collusion are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension.

User Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. adarshmercantile will not be liable for losses arising from unauthorised access caused by your failure to secure your login details.

All information you provide during registration must be accurate and current. adarshmercantile reserves the right to suspend accounts where identity verification fails or false information is detected.

Intellectual Property

All content on adarshmercantile — including game formats, graphics, round logic, payout structures, and platform design — is the exclusive intellectual property of adarshmercantile. Reproduction or redistribution without written consent is prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

adarshmercantile is not liable for losses incurred during colour trading rounds, including losses resulting from technical interruptions, connectivity issues, or player error. All bets are final once a round closes.

The platform's maximum aggregate liability to any user in any calendar month shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that user during the same period.

Third-Party Services

adarshmercantile integrates with third-party payment processors and RNG certification bodies. These third parties operate under their own terms. adarshmercantile is not responsible for their service interruptions or policy changes.

Security & Fair Play

adarshmercantile uses certified RNG technology and 256-bit SSL encryption across all transactions. Any attempt to tamper with round outcomes, exploit system vulnerabilities, or reverse-engineer platform logic will result in permanent account termination and potential legal action.

Your Rights

You have the right to request a full history of your transactions and round results at any time. Submit requests via in-platform support or email adarshmercantile at info@adarshmercantile.in.

Changes to Terms

adarshmercantile may update these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via registered email at least 7 days before taking effect. Effective from 2026.
